Privacy notice

This notice explains the website and enquiry handling of Khelrivo. The site presents home gaming equipment rental and provides contact links. Opening a page does not create a customer account, confirm a service or submit a form. When you choose an email or telephone link, your own application opens and its provider may process information under its own arrangements. Contact [email protected] for questions about this notice and explain which interaction your question concerns.

An enquiry may include a name, a reply address, a telephone number and information about the activity you are discussing. Keep the first message limited to what is needed to understand the request. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or unrelated personal records. If a later stage needs a file, agree the purpose and sharing channel first. Information about other people should be shared only with appropriate authority.

Information provided directly is used to understand the request, reply, clarify scope and keep an appropriate record of the discussion. If an arrangement proceeds, further information and terms may be needed for that particular activity. A general enquiry is not permission to publish your message, add you to an advertising list or use a photograph as a public testimonial. Any separate use needs its own appropriate explanation and basis.

The hosting and network systems involved in delivering a page may receive technical information such as an IP address, requested address, time, browser information and error records. Those records support delivery, security and troubleshooting. The theme does not add an advertising tracker or an analytics service. Infrastructure providers and their actual retention settings are part of the site's operational setup; contact the operator for information about the deployed service rather than assuming a particular provider from the page design.

The optional khelrivo_cookie_notice_v1 cookie stores the value dismissed so the notice can remain closed on a later visit. Its maximum age is 180 days, its path is the site root and SameSite is Lax; HTTPS adds Secure. Closing without saving does not create that preference. The cookie-information page explains reopening, deletion and browser controls. This preference is separate from an administrator's WordPress session and from storage used by your email or telephone application.

Access to enquiry information should be limited to the people and service providers involved in handling it. Email, telephone and hosting systems may process information needed for their functions. A later specialist file-sharing or meeting service should be discussed before it is used for a project. This notice does not name an unconfirmed vendor or imply that every service stores information in one country. Ask about a proposed channel if location or access is important to your request.

Enquiry records are kept only as needed for the purpose, applicable obligations and any genuine dispute or security need. The appropriate period depends on the interaction and system involved; this page does not impose a single invented period on every record. You can ask about information connected with your interaction, explain a correction or raise a deletion concern through [email protected]. A proportionate identity check may be needed without collecting unrelated documents.

The site is prepared for an Indian audience. Requests are considered under applicable Indian law and the circumstances of the processing. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the notified 2025 Rules have phased commencement; different provisions do not all become operative on the same date. This notice describes the site's actual handling rather than presenting every future provision as already in force. You may raise a concern through the contact channel and pursue the remedies available under the rules applicable to that interaction.

Use an appropriate channel for sensitive material and keep your own account credentials private. No website or communication method should be treated as a guarantee against every risk. Where a request involves a person under 18, an appropriate parent or guardian should manage the initial contact and permissions. Do not send a child's private information, recordings or images as an unsolicited attachment. Agree what is necessary before sharing.

This notice should be reviewed when the deployed technology or the way enquiries are handled changes. Read the current notice before sending material for a new purpose. The contact page provides the website's email, telephone and address; use [email protected] to identify a privacy question clearly. Service-specific arrangements are discussed separately and should not be inferred from a general website visit.
