Discuss your setup
Describe the equipment, dates, screen and room you have in mind. A wheel setup benefits from mounting details; VR needs an account of usable space. The contact conversation clarifies the kit, daily rental arrangement and delivery or collection terms before any handover is confirmed.

Describe the room
Share the screen inputs, available power, usable floor area and the number of players. For a wheel or VR kit, include the mounting surface or movement area. Avoid sending private room details that are unrelated to the equipment question.
Before you send
Keep passwords, payment credentials and unnecessary personal records out of a general enquiry. If a file or recording is needed, agree its purpose and sharing channel first.
